Ok, in much the same way as Secret Santa works. I need you to sign up for this. Once I have my list of names, I will randomly pick a partner for you to post a secret valentine for. You can post a romantic picture, or something you see on a website that you want to virtual-buy them. There will be a thread created to post them in, and they can be posted from a few days before the 14th February.
