Officially he walked, and again, Perez was claiming to have been threatened and it could be argued that Alex was indeed becoming increasingly threatening. None of the "Walking Six" this time are claiming that they feel unsafe or in fear that Bear will actually hurt him - they just "don't like it". It's totally different, really.

I agree with this because whenever a Housemate becomes unpopular for whatever reason, the other Housemates could just gang up on them to BB in the Diary Room and threaten to leave if such and such doesn't leave.

James said they were going on strike. I took that to mean they were going to refuse to do things like the tasks, demand separate bedrooms etc. Anyway if they did leave they would earn plenty with interviews etc, especially if they spill the beans on how much Bear and his gang are being allowed to get away with.
