I agree with all of this! I still don't like him but he's improved loads in retrospect for me (the only other thing I'd add in terms of his value as a housemate was acting as a buffer for Emma who otherwise would have been the first boot, which is an unbearable thought). He's a middleish hm for me... or best of the trash maybe.
