Not only would it just lead Andrew on, but Raph is uncomfortable being touched by people he isn't super close to. Chanelle really shouldn't have dared him to do that, she knows how Raph is with that stuff. (although I know it was harmless).

I don't think she meant any harm. But yes, Andrew would have done something inappropriate. So good for Raph for refusing.
