Well I love Michael Jackson,saw him in concert when I was a teen,he was amazing, love his music too especially man in the Mirror,Earth Song and Dirty Diana,but love ost of them.I have also seen Sam Smith, he was ok but really no comparison to MJ.

Who honestly cares what Sam Smith thinks anyway he hasn't released a single memorable song and his personality is repugnant. Looks a mess too twerking on insta in clothes that dont look good on him. Wish him and his mediocre music would just **** off

I'm no fan of Sam Smith, but I support his right to not be dictated to on which singers he likes and dislikes.
I'm actually fortunate to like quite a few of MJ's songs, but there are quite a few popular singers that I don't like that much and I would find it incredibly rude if people started insulting me and dictating to me to change my opinion, if anything it'd make me stick to that opinion even moreso and I hope that Sam Smith does the same here and doesn't back down to popular demand.

Someone has a different taste in music to someone else....But still gives the song playing praise.
Just shows how scarily obsessed MJ fans can be. They totally ignored he complimented the song and now think he's the devil for not being on the MJ train in the 80's/90's. Sam Smith is a cock in his own right but has his right to an opinion lol. Fans are ****ing crazy. |

I've listened to all of MJ's solo albums including his two posthumous ones and I happen to really like pretty much all of his songs recorded (with maybe just a few exceptions in his later years tbh) although some are ofc better than others and I wouldn't expect everyone to agree with me on that one but come on now..
Considering how versatile his music is (idk wtf Nicky is on  ) I find it difficult to comprehend how someone can like NONE of his music, regardless of taste. If you don't you probably have really **** music taste tbhleast sam smith likes some of his songs. Although considering his musical style I'm suprised he's not a fan.
