I was opening the discussion up to at what age/point does it become acceptable to pull someone by their head / kick them when their down regardless if they’ve thrown out abuse. 10 year olds are tried as adults in a court of law. If a 10 year old is old enough to accept criminal responsibility then a 16 year old should know right from wrong and expect repercussions when they harass, intimidate and bully others.
