Because he probably felt bad that someone receiving so much hate and media attention isn’t even being protected when she has a child too. And he’s a Billionaire so he thought he would do the Royal Institute’s job for them and help a friend.

This interview isn't half as damning as we were lead to believe.

The Royal family aren't being 'trashed' especially by Meghan, it's clearly the people running it that are awful, awful people.
