I think what's concerning about this is the fact that not only do people want to remove them from their jobs just because they were being a bit of a douche, but the fact that they think that they can succeed at getting them sacked (which I wouldn't rule out the possibility of them suceeding) plus from the way these people are talking on Twitter, they want to banish them from society in general, and that to me shows how disturbing some of these people are.

, I'm so over Holly & Phil .
At the end of the day , whether they jumped the queue or not ... It happened and that's that , they clearly got a pass under the 'journalism reporting' thing .

Yes they're both annoying & smug, and I'm not a fan of either of them .. and it's debatable them both being in the category of
' journalism' like a sort of loop hole , but clearly ITV the BBC & whoever else gave them this privilege ..due to who they are & what their jobs are.

Did they really want to pay respect to The Queen or did they want to just make it about themselves for the daytime show ...who knows .But they are not going to lose their jobs over something so silly.

As for David Beckham,he clearly didn't mind queuing by looks of it. And he was a footballer & doesn't have the perks of being involved in presenting & reporting news ..to get a front view of things. But he wanted to still be there .

Like I said it's debatable about whether they are 'reporters' or not , I don't class them as that either . But because they are presenters on one of the biggest daytime shows , clearly that's what got them in ahead of people.

Also why don't people take this up with the BBC & security & whoever else gave the green light ? for them to "jump the queue" so to speak. I'm personally over it .... They're not my favourite duo, but I'm not going to cry over it .

It reminds me of the John Terry memes 10 years ago. Im just taking it with a pinch of salt. But of course some are trying to paint a different picture like they always do these days. Phil is gay so if you're straight and you don't like him that must mean you're homophobic so on.

that tweet showing them at the special entrance showed that they had no support staff with them at all. No one was filming them entering/leaving ... them giving their thoughts, interviewing people in the queue .... nothing, zip, nada

As some have said, people do take advantage in these situations, but they have out and out lied about it
