….Lord, that’s some serious anger/aggression …he really was in that red rage zone…Girth, you said that he settled a law suit quickly…is this not a criminal case of assault, then…?…

The woman he hit has apparently already settled the case and statute of limitations applies too.

They think it can be used in any future cases that may come up, if he tries to say he is a nice guy

LA DA are saying its too late for an assault charge to be filed.

The pictures speak for themselves- but without an official charge being filed then he's got away with it. She can sue him in a civil suit though.
