Confused by how the judges will score this one. Will they score low if they actually like the song as they would feel it doesn't match the theme??

I will expect everyone to get a minimum of 5 as it is the contestants prerogative to dislike the song. The rest of the scores should reflect vocal performance as usual. I hereby instruct the judges as such. One has already judged and they have done it in the correct way.

…yeah, it feels like a strange one to judge in a way, Jake…but really it isn’t, as Kate said…I guess there is one difference in that no song would or could not fit the theme because it’s not for the judges to make any call on whether a song was liked or not…?…so all songs would get upwards from a 5….then I just judged as I always do and probably commented on whether I personally liked the song or not….

I've re listened to bieber again, and I think I should put it up to an 8, it's one I like because of his vocals, rather than the tune itself...which is ironic when it should be hated.

That was a weird one. And the judges were saying things like it's not a song I hate. Well it should be a song the player hates. Having said that I'm ok with my scores.
