I figured it was the tie up comment that would've gotten him a warning, because it was dumbly delivered enough to warrant it... but yeah that was sh** towards Jojo.

This stuff always has the air of a reeducation camp or struggle session. You know the guy is from a completely different era with a way different attitude to what's acceptable humour and what's not. Why book him if you're not going to allow him to be who he naturally is.

That was incredibly rude to someone he just met but yes, agree he shouldn't get a warning and just let it play out and other HMs correct him... but they won't allow it because their demographics will lose their collective fit... and to be fair, people have gotten used to babysitters intervening on their behalf... it's very coddled.
