If it was the BB house, there wouldn't be floor to ceiling windows. They have clearly just taken pictures of a building site and passed them off as a new BB house.

It looks cool and I'd love it to be there but they could have quite easily just taken pictures of any old building site and passed them off as the new location because by the time BB9 comes around everyone would've forgotten about this article anyway, so it's not as if they are going to get lambasted for it.

But yeah, I like the idea of it near a lake and also it been far more secluded so no shouting over the walls and stuff hopefully, really close them off from the outside world.

All we need next is BBUSA rules. :-) (fingers crossed)

But like I said, the lease at Elstree has been renewed for as long as the show has been renewed by Channel 4 (ie 2010, BB11).

Also, I doubt they would have the studios in the same building as the house so whoever posted that needs a rethink of the "no contact with the outside world" element of the show.

Trust me guys, this looks very much like an indutrial estate, and the building itself like warehouses/offices. Do you not think it would also be a bad idea to have the crowd at the other side of the river to the house aswell, which would create less atmosphere? The house also looks way to big, and thr roof isn't right for The house, it really needs a less fixed roof, so the garden can be extended, downsized and changed in shape each year. The building is also about 3 floors high, not two.
