I personally don't know what to believe, but whether it's true or false then it is serious. If it's true, he needs help and not accusations of being a fake. If it is false, then it's very despicable of him. I hope he's not serious and at the same time I hope he's not. But if he is serious, I don't think I could live with myself if I made such accusations as him being a fake, no matter how likely, logical, and rational they seemed at the time.

In fairness TiBB users should not be enthrusted with the power or commitment to stop someone. This has to do with him. not anybody on this forum.

This is really depressing. Anyway, the only advice U will give you is don't do it! Theres so much to live for and in all honsety the next morning you'll be so grateful that you never did it. Anyway school trips are fun! You'll love it. I did this 30 mile hike with my school up a hill and I was dreading it. I spent the whole time laughing and having fun for my friend.

To be honest, I think you are just in the spur of the moment saying this kind of thing. Honestly, can you actually go through with killing yourself?! Who know whats lies ahead for you!

No-one said you are goading him. But if he is being serious, accusing him of lying doesn't help.

And I see where you are coming from, but as I said before, I'd much rather be fooled by a sick twisted lie than not actually take someone seriously when they were saying they were suicidal. Others, like you, seem so proud that they would rather say he was fake than to risk being fooled (which is so much worse than the slight possibility of someone killing themself isn't it? Not.) or even at the very least, ignore the thread.

If I believe you, please call the Samaritans and get professional help instead of seeking it on an internet forum. As kiz said, they are trained to deal with this kind of situation, where as we aren't, and for a member with a forum history such as yours it's easy to see why this revelation will be questioned.
