I think the Frosties one is a load of rubbish tbh and I think its fake. Some of the supposed messages don't even have the same sounds as in the advert itself for example "empire state" is in one and backwards its supposed to be "yes I'm evil". Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Subliminal Messages are there to attract your attention. Possibly make you like it more.

There was a test on a documentary once, and some woman watched an advert. She said she hated (I think it was Shreddies) the cereal, but for some reason after watching the ad she loved them. Then some guys removed the subliminal back tracking with no words at all, and then she said the ad wasn't that special at all.

They're there to make the buyer like it more. I also watched a programme about magazine's corrupting people. And on a women's mag there as a huge pic of a guys c*ck in the background...which only the subconscious mind can see.

Also, you not telling me that Aladdin said "good teenagers take off your clothes" for no reason? Or Jessica (whatshername) flashing her you-know-what on the movie.

I'm more than aware of what the subconcious mind is and how it works, I just really don't buy into "oh theres a c*ck on the Disney tower therefore you're going to like that after watching a Disney film". Subliminal messages work when they're flashed up onto a screen where you know there is something there but can't make out what it is, or where you can't realise what it is. You don't notice every tiny detail about a picture and any connotations attached to it if its on for too long, and that Frosties video really is clutching at straws. Its impossible that some of those found phrases are present when the advert is played backwards, not all sounds are present and some are missing.

I agree, sounds nothing like it, only slightly. Take the BB whisper ad for example, remember people thinking they heard "16 days" and "Help me" etc
