From the article it would appear she did, but the reason why she did it is not clear.

So we agree at the moment that Kylie did do what is said in the article it unless the proved otherwise at a later date.

It would also appear that we are in agreement that Kylie didn't actually say that Nikki was the best housemate ever and the title of thread is spin at best.

And finally that our only difference is that you believe that by impersonating her you think Kylie is a big fan and I'm yet to be convinced as are others.

No, What I mean is, Nikki is a UK z-list star, she isn't internationally famous, for an A-lister star to choose to imitate a z-list star is quite surprising, I didn't know she knew who Nikki was.
