Looked her up on wiki; Apparently, she was charged for a hit and run and driving without a licence. It also says she has had drug treatment several times so presumably, she's a druggy too.

Actually, you can have an opinion on all of the above. You can't state your opinion to be fact, but you can still have and voice your opinion. It's called "discussion". You should try it sometime.

Also, people saying we don't know her so we can't say she's a bad mother-well a court had all the information presented to them and they decided Kevin federline was a better parent, so I think that kind of proves, she's not a good mother.

Some people get too worked up over these things. I think she is a great mother though, people who say she isn't, I don't understand how they can really say that because they only know of her parenting skills through the media etc behind closed doors she is a great mother.

But a court- that DID have the information- decided Kevin federline was a better parent! There's also the hit and run charge, driving without a licence and the fact she was/ is a druggy to consider. I don't know how anyone could call her a good mother to be honest.

The court didn't decide she was a bad mother, or that Kevin was a better father - that's not what a custody case is about. It takes into consideration extenuating circumstances, and at the time she was being hounded by paps, moreso than him - she also had a lot of issued with drugs etc. That doesn't take into question her parenting skills.

They will have considered everything when they came to that decision. They don't remove a mothers access to her kids lightly! And they know more information than all of us here, so I'd tend to trust them over people on the forum that just think she's a good mother.

I didn't mention older members? I wasn't comparing the validity of their opinion, to members older. So it's not ageist.
