My brother has had it to help him breathe through his nose, the nose is the most common place to have it done for medical reasons, because sometimes the bone is to big or grows weird and it blocks you from being able to breathe so they chip it away.
My sister had plastic surgery on her lips under the NHS too after she got hit by a bike, they used micro stitches and re shaped her lip for her... its very very common.

Random fact about me... I'm 19 in 3 months.
So am I! January!

On the subject of alcohol; I'm a mega lightweight.
Two big bottles/Four small bottles of Smirnoff Ice get me pretty drunk, whereas one small bottle of the Smirnoff vodka will get me absolutely smashed to the point where I can just about stand.

on the alcohol point i am pretty much tee-total these days as i am such a lightweight since having my daughter plus i have done my partying days (i used to be upset if i wasnt out 4 nights a week) so now it doesnt bother me anyway
