Ignore them Shayne, you have a fantastic voice, which you more than displayed tonight, the other judges just wish they had somebody as talented as you that can conform to any style of singing. Good luck, I suppose, but you won't need it!

So it's not a good reception from the judges - but what do you think? Only one more performance until you can vote...and that one performance is from the last of the Over 25s - who is it, Darenn?

Wait, we know he is talented, but that song choice was diabolical Greg.

Brenda has a big voice, and she can move, hence the song choice. A great song to end the show with, and it proves she's more than just a voice.

"I WANT TO DANCE WITH SOMEBODY" - WHITNEY HOUSTEN

And your comments for Brenda please, judges

Predictable.
Predictable.
Predictable.

Sorry Brenda, but that is the only word to describe that performance.

VOCALS: check
DANCING: check

But next week, you HAVE to do something else. I get that this week was about showing just what you can do, but it didn't have the wowness that you could have had.

Well done though.

How was it predictable?
The only way it would've been predictable is if I'd chosen some huge power ballad, which Brenda's capable of, but I wanted to show another side to her for the first show.

It was Darenn. It was a typical diva song, and Brenda could have done something so much better, something that really shown what she could do to a song.

So that's it, all of the acts have now performed, and you can now vote for your favourites...here is a recap of the performances:

01 Alisha Bennett - Crazy (Gnarls Barkley)
02 Same Difference - Never Had A Dream Come True (S Club 7)
03 Austin Drage - Hero (Enrique Iglesias)
04 Ruth Lorenzo - Genie Atrapado (Christina Aguilera)
05 Leona Lewis - These Words (Natasha Bedingfield)
06 Voices With Soul - Fame (Irene Cara)
07 Ben Mills - The First Cut Is The Deepest (Cat Stevens)
08 Leon Jackson - Everything I Do (I Do It For You) (Bryan Adams)
09 Diana Vickers - Don't Speak (No Doubt)
10 Eton Road - Pray (Take That)
11 Shayne Ward - Fool Again (Westlife)
12 Brenda Edwards - I Want To Dance With Somebody (Whitney Housten)

However, this time, it isn't just about choosing your favourites...to vote, you must rank the 12 finalists from your favourite to least favourite. The top gets 11 points, and the act at the bottom of your list gets 0 points at all...

We'll be back later with the results, where there will be another twist to look forward to...get your votes in! You must u2u them to me.

THE RESULTS

Diana Vickers
Alisha Bennett
Leona Lewis

Same Difference
Voices With Soul
Eton Road

Austin Drage
Leon Jackson
Shayne Ward

Ruth Lorenzo
Ben Mills
Brenda Edwards

This is how the results show will work. I will call through the 10 acts with the highest number of votes, and they will be safe. The bottom 2 acts will then perform one of the songs they performed previously on the X Factor - their favourite performance - before the judges vote for the act they want to go home. That act will be sent home and will no longer be in the competition.

It is then that I will reveal the first twist in this game...

Judges, before the results are annouunced, who do you think will be in the bottom two tonight? And who do you think SHOULD be in the bottom two?

If I'm honest, I think it may well be Shayne and Voices With Soul. I picked a choice for Shayne that didn't go down well, but he really doesn't deserve to be there. I think, based on the performances, it ought to be Voices With Soul and Leona Lewis. Bizarre song choices!

Because Shayne is my act, and his vocal ability is fantastic, as is Leona's, but she was one of the only other acts to have a bizarre song choice, and I've got to stick by my act. I'm sure she'll be winning the race next week.
