By the way there is a problem with the snow effect on Safari (Mac version 3.21) that causes the bottom scroll bar to keep switching in and out.

I think it was taken off until they worked out a opt in and opt out feature. I know some people had issues with it slowing there computer and on some browsers there were issues with the bottom scroll bar.
