You like to think the best of people Chewy. That's your nature. I'm more cynical.

So here's my take on all of this.

If Angie was really a woman on her deathbed, would her daughter be spending all this time updating online games? And would she change her mother's username to "AngRemembered" when she's not dead yet?

This is clearly a troll situation in my opinion.

I think it's a sick and twisted game someone is playing and I feel bad for the people on here who have been suckered in to believing that there is genuinely a terminally ill person behind it.

I know I won't be popular for posting this opinion, but bear in mind that it is an opinion and one which I'm entitled to, so don't bother lecturing me about respect, decency etc.

And, also don't bother telling me how bad I will feel when I'm proved wrong, because even if I am wrong with my theory, I won't feel anything because it's all font on a screen to me.
I guess I won't be popular either. I kinda agree with you.
Nor me.

Shockingly I'm not the only one who thinks it then. Maybe it just needed someone to be the first to say it "out loud".
I said it wayyy back at the beginning but got villified from Joshuah! etc so then I just shut up :L

Yeah, that happens. No doubt I'll get some backlash, but I'm built of sturdy stuff.

Guys can we have the doubts somewhere else? I understand you have your opinions but can we leave this thread for the people who believe it.

Linda/Sarah/Billy as much as I respect your opinion, I honestly think that real or not, you should have a bit of respect for Angie and her family.

If Angie is real, which I believe, I doubt her and her family would want people being sceptical about her in her worse days.

Honestly, I'd rather give respect but be played the fool than give little respect and regret.

Last thing I promise:

"the Heah to Head Fantasy Football game Ang started for tibb members, as requested."

Would that really be a dying womans priority?

I can totally see where you are coming from Linda.
Though I'm not doubting Angie's existence or condition I did find Nicole's above post strange.

Also, good on you Linda for having an opinion.

Same reason as anyone else becomes attached to a forum - they like the place?

I'd rather sit on the fence on this one. I think everyone on here is now suspicious of death related stories after that troll a while back, but I hope this is genuine and not some horrible joke..

EDIT: Well, as far as "hoping this is genuine" goes... I don't wish any ill on Angie!!

LemonJam,,, I specifically said I didn't want any lectures about "respect".

Do you really think Angie or her family would give a **** about sceptics if she were actually dying? I think they'd have more to be concerned about.

Therefore, respect doesn't even come into it.

Oh come over it! Lets not base this on 'Rights of way of the forum' but base it on morals. Get a grip, wrong or right, lets not argue in this thread.

We had a big argument over this a few months back and I have always believed that the whole cancer thing is one big lie
I thought I was the only one who could see it, so glad i'm not

If I was dyeing I wouldn't be asking my relative to be posting my premier leagues predictions for the week. Its so obvious its a lie in my opinion that i'm surprised so many people are believing it

Ever since Linda post that thread about that sick person that 'died' to get gifts and flowers i have started to doubt it. I spoke to Nicky about it a little bit, at the end of the day This is a forum, we should all express our opinion whether they are right or wrong. But now i don't we should really debate it because we can't know 100% sure if she's real or not. Also coming from what Chewy said i have seen someone with cancer and if my parents *touch wood* were to fall ill i wouldn't go update their games. I would spend every waking moment with them I am really glad you came out and gave your opinion Linda.

I'm not agreeing/disagreeing with you, but my opinion on this is based on that what if. Like James, I'd rather be played for a fool than regret denouncing someone as a liar when they weren't lying. If Angie is real and she dies, will anybody who's said "I think she's making it up" feel bad? Linda's said she won't, and that's fair enough, she wasn't disrespectful about it, it's fine, but how about the rest of you guys?

Just my thoughts .

Yeah I'm back, big woop, wanna fight about it?
I found the ignore button sorry to cause a bit of drama, I'm in a bit of a **** mood lately.

Anyway, I made my opinions on this clear earlier; I basically agree with LemonJam. I've had my doubts, but I'd much rather be fooled by a troll than disrespect a good woman's name.

I wouldn't feel bad because i'm just saying what I feel from what I have seen on the forum. It just doesn't add up to me.
I have had my doubts since Angie was supposedly in hospital one of the times when there were little things which was said by Nicole/Angie or whatever their real name is which just didn't add up
Of course its a situation the whole forum is going to be split on but I think there are to many doubts for me to believe this story. I would like to think it is true but I just can't.

So what? What exactly have they gained? "Oh, I fooled someone on the internet. Yay!"

Then they take a look at their reality and, quite rightly, feel ****.
