Yes, but the church also apparently condones peace & love to ALL humanity. The church, on paper, only really forbids practicing homosexuality.

First of all. I answered a question.

Second, it has been tradition since the beginning of time that marriage is between a man and woman.

Thirdly, as far as I know, the church is against homosexuality. Getting married usually involves a pastor of some sort. So if the church is against it, why should they be obligated to take part in a ceremony that they feel is wrong to begin with?

If the church was against homosexuality that much, why is their openly gay members of clergy? Good god man. The church is also against contraception and masturbation. Ever indulged in either of those?
