Gulp, Good News and Bad News.

Good News is that CJ FINALLY went home.
Bad News is that it looks like Jessica could be going next, she was in the bottom 2 again after closing the show out. That's not good.

Seems the teenage girls are voting relentlessly for Sam. You would assume Jessica will be next to go, but if I remember correctly, Sam was in the bottom two once and wasn't the next week?

Might even of been in the bottom two twice. Can't remember.

Out all who's left, Alex and Caleb haven't been in danger once, Jena was in danger back in Week 2, Bottom 3 I recall.

It's a bit tough to call how the boot order will go but I think the rest of the season's boot order will go like this,

Sam, Jessica, Caleb, Jena and Alex make the final and Alex wins.

EDIT: Jena would be the first Judges WC to make the final if my prediction holds true. Only one other WC has made a final, that was Clay Aiken (Who has the most craziest fans out there) who finished 2nd in series 2 by the narrowest of margins.

Who's the favourite to win in the States?

I wanted Alex to win to begin with, but Caleb is impressing me more. I was thinking the final two will be Caleb and Jena. They're the most consistent.

Jena is actually, she's charting on iTunes almost every week.

A Caleb Jena final would be fun to see.

I wonder if they'll change up the Finale set (Which kinda looks X Factor like to me sometimes with the contestants coming out of the screen in the back)

Given how there has been a dramatic rehaul of the stage, I see that happening for this season.

There's a elimination twist tonight.

C'mon Top 3 vote to eliminate someone in the bottom 2.

The Twist was this, The contestants had the option of cancelling the elimination this week in favour of a double next week or continue with how it usually goes. If they wanted to cancel the elimination all contestants had to agree to it. Two said to go on with the elimination this week, the other 3 said to cancel the elimination.

I have a feeling that who said no were the ones that were most safe...Alex at least and either Jena or Caleb. More than likely Jena since Caleb mouthed let's stay together to everyone and Alex nodding no right before they started voting.

Everyone's coming back and after auditions they're only doing one show a week reportedly.

Yeah, shoulda cancelled this show instead of X Factor.

Strictly does it already over here. They combine the public vote from the week before with the combined scores comprised of the current week and the week before.

Personally I hate the idea. Don't really see how Idol can pull it off unless they make the bottom 2 singoff with the songs they have set for that week and judges decide who goes.

Sam and Phillip Phillips (Not the first time a former constestant has dueted with a winner, Jordin Sparks has done it before twice)

Looks like an awesome lineup so far. I'd imagine the final 3 are getting solos as well.
