Can see him playing (and doing well) for them again. Unless this is a ploy to make Madrid bid but I doubt it

I have to laugh at all of these "classless" comments being thrown around by top Liverpool positions

we... submitted two bids? How is that classless? LOL We're not the ones talking to the press about it, banishing him from the team training, and refusing to let him go.

I think negotiating with his agent to find out about a confidential contract clause, then bidding Ł1 over it, is about as classless as it gets. Wenger talked about the bids in public as well.

Those bids seriously undervalued the player, so they were put in purely to continue to upset the player.

I think all transfer deals are done in a pretty classless way these days, but the 40+1 bid ended any chance you had of either dealing amicably with Liverpool, or getting the player.

Wenger has spoken about bidding for Luis, Luis has spoken about it all, so I think the people who hold his contract (and I'm no fan of FSG) have every right to put their point across as well.

If Arsenal weren't trying to undermine clubs and players, you'd have already signed Higuain by now.
