So it definitely wasn't Abi or Max for that matter, they wouldn't reveal the killer two days before the killer reveal... Unless Jake Wood seriously ****ed up

"whether you killed Lucy" doesn't make sense. If Max was unsure either way then he'd have confronted Abi about it long ago. The way he's been behaving is explained if he does believe she did.
