I don't have an issue with the acting. It's them resurrecting the awful characterisation from 8 years ago.

If Martin was in the wrong for that then so was Stacey for taking them away after Christmas and leaving a note. She's a horrible hypocrite.

How? Stacey is still breast feeding hope so she had to take her and splitting the children is bad. Martin can't give Hope breast milk.

nope i said stopping stacey seeing the kids so she can breast feed hope not what stacey did, Stacey didn't actually stop Martin from seeing the kids..she just went to Jeans and Martin knew where she was and could have went and she came back.

It's annoying. Reminds me of when Daniella Westbrook returned as Sam, and any character development for Sam's character just went through the window.

By all means retain character flaws but at least have them move forward instead of resurrecting the same adultery plot 10 years later.

That's not really the point. Visiting your kids in someone else's house and not having custody of your own child when the relationship breakdown is not your doing must be pretty crushing.
