It's like when we've been getting these weird angles of the interior sets where they never bother to decorate because they never show them so it's just a bare looking room. Usually Ronnie's kitchen looks like one of the more high end ones until you look in the corner and there's a plain white wall with a fire extinguisher attached

I think this part was filmed on the second set they built specifically for the fire episodes.
