I knew it. This is why they don't go to Birmingham. It's one of their no go zones
Not to worry, I'm not in a hurry to go there.
But I feel sorry for those living there. They have no choice.

Sone cities are on go zones areas for the police. I also don't go there. I don't feel comfortable and now I know why.

I really hope terrorism is made part of probable charges on this.

The only people in my view who should NOT be walking the streets of the UK are these moronic destructively violent criminal rioters.
Anyone I come across making veiled justification for them at all, if I know them, they'll be lost to me for life.

Social media and what people are saying on it does need at this time much stronger investigation in my view now.

You are the villian character from George Orwell's 1984.

If only you could be as angry at a cold bloodied child murderer than you are at people having the freedom to speak their mind.

It plays a part, but you can't blame it all on social media.
Anyone carrying weapons needs to be stopped, no matter what race or background.
And this is clearly not happening.
For example : they arrested an old man for comments he made on facebook. But didn't arrest the people carrying machetes and swords.

Typical of GMBHD itv

Had a live debate of shutting down internet

But it was 2 women?

Put a Man in there

I am not anti Women/
But ITV used 2 women making it a silly debate

They can't shut down social media. This isn't the Soviet Union.

Well you'd like to think that. But Joey, the home secretary and that communist on the ITV clip that Arista posted, are calling for things that just a decade ago we'd have been condeming China for doing.

People can use VPN to get round to it.
They would have to shut down the whole internet system and that would have massive implications.

Someone involved in the attack outside of that pub has been arrested and charged for it, can we stop pretending that white people are victims of an uneven justice system now?

It's all very easy criticising these rioters sitting at home with not one muslim in your street, unlike the places that has seen the worst violence. These residents have suffered years and years of forced integration. Communities from the poorest areas of the uk, when all they had to get by was a sense of community spirit. S community spirit that's been eroded away by integrating people who dont even want to integrate, into their communities.

When we hear of rape, and fear of walking the street, these are the voices we've heard, the people going through it, the voices shut down for being racist by people sitting comfortable and warm in their nice houses, with their nice jobs and nice futures to look forward to.

Then we have a man in charge, a man who labelled the voices as far right, further alienating them from society. A man who visited southport to lay a wreath and shake hands with the emergency service first responders. Mo mention of visiting families of the children, no mention of the real people who were first at the scene, the public. No he mentions the emergency services only so he can make a very bold claim that the first officers to respond to the tragic killings were then subjected to missiles and abuse from the rioters.. really, a police force under your government sent those officers back out to work after witnessing such horrors!!

Do ask yourselves this!

Why hasnt he visited the families yet, is it because they may have sympathy with the rioters, their neighbours, and don't want him anywhere near them. Or
something else!

I agree. He isn't showing any empathy for the victims of that crime.
Maybe as a lawyer he's got that attitude.
But if you want to win over the public you need to show that you're actually interested in them.
Worse of all he only mentions protecting the muslim community.
What about all the other communities living here in the UK or they don't matter?

I agree with this. If you haven't experienced a complete takeover of your area by Muslims, you really have nothing to say.

I'll be honest and say that you make some fair points, especially speaking from my perspective, my area is largely a very elderly white Christian zone so there's not loads of Muslims where I live (although we did ironically have a Muslim family that used to be our neighbours a couple of years ago, they were really friendly imo) but ultimately it's one family that I have interacted with from the Muslim community since I've been in my teen/adult years.

My point being that I don't necessarily have the same experiences as a lot of these people that you're on about with the Muslim community.

However that still doesn't justify some people trying to burn migrants alive at one of the Holiday Inn's (I think it was in Tamworth ironically) which is where I fail to have sympathy for those individuals that tried to execute that plan.
