Aww... Dogs are the best. I have a German shepherd who could choose anywhere in the house to sleep, but sleeps on the landing between my son and daughter's bedrooms. He's devoted to them.

Robert Dorgan’s marriage had collapsed because of his gender reassignment
surgery before he shot two family members dead at an ice hockey match in the
US on Monday, court files showed.

While I have some problems with the incentives and framework of social media in general, there is so much on X that if we didn't check we would simply not know about. I check there before I check the media because online sites only go so far in reporting. It also helps to know what to actually look for and to find substance quicker. It's a good tool if you do the research.
