Controversial former X Factor finalist Cher Lloyd looks set to score a number one single at the first time of asking this Sunday with Swagger Jagger, while Amy Winehouse’s Back To Black should spend another week at the top of the albums chart.

If a person not connected to the record label has been deliberately leaking songs then it's not right and I could understand why Cher is not happy, other artists would be too.

However, with my suspicious cap on the RL could be releasing these leaks themselves to keep the interest up but tbh Cher captivates enough interest, whether good or bad unlike some contestants that go for the nicey nicey route.
