Hi fellow contestants...Jake has briefly let me know that he had to leave the cinema halfway through the film due to a sudden sickness bug and therefore doesn't feel up to sending out dances etc tonight. He's not clarified whether he'll send dances before we choose our bands or whether he's choosing the 4 bands of each gender or we have free reign. I assume he just wanted to get offline as quickly as possible but I have asked him to clarify when he can.

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling a little bit better this morning. I was so annoyed I missed half the film! I had to go sit in the car while the rest of my family watched it as I was seconds from passing out it was hideous. So I'll be going back and watching it as the bits I saw were really good. I've been up all night with this bug but yeah not feeling too bad now so all the dances have been sent out.

Sorry for any confusion what I meant is I've selected which four are getting Boybands and which four are getting Girlbands. But I've not selected the bands themselves that's up to you. But if a boyband or Girlband has already been chosen they won't be able to be chosen again
