i think i was scouted either an hour after I evicted from Stars or when Stars finished (ie after I was evicted from Stars)

Everyone on Launch except Lucas (iirc) was scouted but you weren't all on the original lineup. My original 12 had a lot of pull outs.

I don't think so. I had a list of like 25 All Stars and 25 New Stars in preference of who I wanted to see in the cast ('Big names' if you like), who'd be active, who would be up for anything and I just worked my way down the list as people declined or pulled out.

When I reached the bottom of both lists I opened general applications for those who I didn't ask. Next year will probably be general applications though because the scouting was just to get the best All Stars, and enough New Stars to compete.
