Finally Joe has posted on Instagram, i was getting worried.
From the little snippets I've seen it's looking good. They're finding it hard and they both look exhausted. But it's going to be worth it.

samba training can be confusing, last year i thought mollie's samba training did look good and that was on the week she got eliminated with samba being her weakest dance of the 2 she did that week

He has got the bounce spot on, so I think this one could be really special. I'm expecting a really fun routine. Joe week one.

Excited to see fun Joe back and i think he's going to surprise everyone who think he can't do a fun dance. Has everyone forgotten that his charleston was fun and he smashed it?

i worry for Faye that Gio could outdance her with the Jive, if it's too fast and he can go really fast

and it isn't about ''the world's fastest jive'' but being in sync throughout the dance is also crucial in this dance


Kate looked quite wooden in that one training clip we saw, in the slower dances she's good but when it goes faster she looks too wooden and clumsy, yes i think she could be in danger this week

Charles lacks a fanbase so that puts him in danger

Graeme well he goes for the comedy, and i think he might get votes for that, and people could be wanting some entertainment factor for blackpool

Joe is getting the hang of the samba. They're training everyday from 9 am to 10 pm, so they should be able to do a decent samba.
I can’t ask anymore from them. They're really pushing themselves this week.

mmmbop will get sambafied for sure, they also did that a bit with abba take a chance on me for Vick's salsa, that version also felt a bit more latin than the Original abba one

I think the song is fine for a samba. They just need to use the right bits, like the chorus.

When Hanson sang it live on Dancing with the stars, it sounded amazing. So it's possible to dance to it. I just hope the singers do a good job with it.

Gio is right what he said last night, the rumba/cha cha are most difficult for female celebs

i'd like to add the viennese waltz proves difficult for male celebs, as we got 2 male celebs with that in dance off, while the female celebs so far did well with this dance


so all Lauren needs to do is trust AJ, focus on her footwork now in training, and the storytelling but i'm sure they are working on that as well, they seem to listen to constructive criticism really well

Chloe was right, we are starting to see the real Lauren more and more

I've just seen a clip from Joe's training and wow, I think it's looking promising. The hard work is certainly paying off!

Ash & Pash contemporary cause it is one of my favourite songs and i want them to do that justice

Danny & Amy samba cause this can be a fun party performance

Graeme & Oti salsa, training looked great, lots of difficult techniques

Joe & Dianne samba, training looked quite good, and it has potential to be a fun performance
