Another thing, if Marcus "allows" Tom and Noirin to talk, they would surely talk about what Marcus has been saying about Tom, then Tom would clear it up, and i think Marcus is afraid of that.

Sounds like Noirin is coming clean to Sophie

Saying Marcus pushed the two of them apart and she would have got with Sia sooner if the situation was different ie no stalker Marcus

Sounds like Noirin is saying her and Sia had a convo a while ago but nothing happened because of the Marcus thing
