He is a minister like any other and earns a wage, you don't have to pay to join his church or get healed, you make a donation if you WANT to, and ministers pay tax like everybody else.

I'm no expert on the Bible, but as far as I am aware, Jesus wasn't an ordained minister either. I can understand you not liking Dave, but your arguments against him are paper thin and show that you really don't know too much about him or the subject you're arguing against. If he was doing something immoral, illegal or even questionable, you may have a point. But you really don't.
