Singer Peter Andre, who has two children with ex-wife Katie Price, says he will only date people who first sign a confidentiality agreement with him.

These are tough times for everybody but spare a thought for Peter Andre.

In a desperate bid to (stay famous) flog his latest musical offering, Perfect Night, the Celebrity Dad of the Year will be appearing live on shopping channel QVC.

Lucky fans will be able to pre-order the single from June 27 and, in between the carpet cleaners and cubic zirconia, the Aussie will be wooing viewers with those (vacant) big brown eyes for a whole week.

It'll sell by the shedload to the (mugs) shoppers .....

It was the last of Peter's fourth series of The Next Chapter tonight and the slimy star was in Dubai for about the hundredth time this series.

But this time, it was for a work trip, which meant he spent a significant portion of the programme getting his t*ts out on the beach for his new calendar.

Cue footage of Pete dousing himself in his own perfume and having his hair and make-up done by the beach. How is this man even vaguely a sex icon to human women?

STRUGGLING singer Peter Andre last night admitted his kids don't like listening to his cheesier tunes. The pop star, who can't get his latest single played on the radio, said his little boy and girl either love the tracks on his new album or HATE them.

He's looking to boost his own music career with the album Accelerate. He's been battling to get it back on track since he split with his kids' glamour model mum Jordan in 2009.

Last week Peter went on shopping channel QVC to promote new single Perfect Night. Critics mocked him for trying to flog it alongside items like vacuum cleaners.

But Peter says he had no choice after the song - penned by top writers Tiao Cruz and Guy Chambers - was shunned by major radio stations. He said: "Even if I had a song written by Mick Jagger they wouldn't play it. But I've got to keep trying."

Peter Andre is reportedly planning to wave goodbye to singing and focus on his TV career, after his latest single failed to set the charts alight.

The Australian star, who used to be married to model Katie Price, is said to be “gutted” that his song Perfect Night only reached number 48 in the charts.

The blow is sure to be even harder after Pete worked tirelessly to promote the song, conducting various press interviews and even appearing on QVC himself to sell the CD for Ł3.99.

“Pete’s gutted – he thought the song would do much better,” a source told Star magazine.

Speaking in the Tabloid Tales section of his latest new! Magazine column, Peter Andre told us not to be too concerned about rumours of the chop and instead focus his next great TV programme.

He said: “There was a story in the papers last week saying that my reality show is in jeopardy because my management company has fallen out with the company that makes Peter Andre: The Next Chapter.

“I can’t really say too much about this at the moment but, don’t panic, I will start filming a reality show very soon, which will appear on ITV in October.”

Peter Andre: Here 2 Help's latest large-scale practical joke (surely?) saw the greased-up crooner help out at a sanctuary for sick and abandoned animals.

Obviously Peter isn't trained in animal care, but no matter - this series is still right up his street, largely because it indulges his ego. You can practically see his ego exploding as he surprises people in their places of work.

Never mind that the shock on their faces actually comes from a combination of tan-blindness and panic at the realisation that they're about to lose a week of productivity, Peter believes they are nothing but impressed by his presence.

'I can't believe Peter Andre's at my work,' mumbled a crestfallen worker at a garage he visited, while another reasoned, 'It shouldn't happen to people like us.'

I used to think KP was the worst out of her and Pete, then thought good grief they are both just as bad as each other, I am now beginning to get more fed up of hearing about PA than KP. Why doesn't he crawl back out of the limelight and stop trying to be ST Pete. Both PA and KP need to stop being such utter media wh*res and concentrate more on giving their children as normal a childhood as possible and just do some growing up themselves.
