He just likes both as friends; yeah they have a giggle and flirt sometimes but what do you expect to do in that house 24/7 it's all right to flirt a bit I would've thought. It's not his fault they both find him so irresistible that they want to go further and basically can't keep away from him...

I think Pete knows Nikki fancies him just aint really interested. You could see that when they were behind the chair last night and Pete didnt really want to drink from the bottle. If he fancied her, he might have done it. He probs just doesnt understand Nikki doesn't know that he doesn't like her back.

He's just really sweet and wants to get on with it rather than straight out hurt peoples' feelings like that....

There's no need for it, Nikki should realise now that if Pete did fancy her he's had plenty of opportunities to get with her yet he hasn't. What more does Pete need to do to make it more obvious?

Exactly, if pete just told the girls in the house he wasnt looknig for romance they would leave him alone but he keeps his mouth shut at lets themt think they have a chance

But surely his telling Nikki 'oh i dont like you in that way so leave me alone' will hurt her feelings a lot more then if he didnt say anything he doesnt want to hurt peoples feelings how is that a bad thing

maybe not in the short run. But giving her false hope is worse in my eyes.

I agree with what elz says. Pete is a nie guy and at the end of the day he wants to be everyones friend. He probably thinks that telling Nikki will ruin his friendship with her

EXACTLY just because Nikkis there people think that hes not allowed to talk to any other female...he talks to insects aswell does that mean hes flirting with them omg Nikki might get jealous of a moth
