Go to Companys House and see that the 1872 is currently in liquidation. Sevco 5088 currently called The Rangers International FC hold the registration and membership of the SFA under their registration to both under their unique number.

I do Novo - but I disbelieve DK will put £40m into the clone Rangers as that's what your club needs just to survive, not be a CL team. He'd be mad to do it..
