OT though, she is appealing cause she appeals to the lowest common denominator. The same reason her awful show is popular, people like to watch car crashes or the wreckage they leave, this is the human equivalent. I do think though charlotte has become better looking and I seriously do fancy her now. I watched the first 2 episodes of GS yesterday out of curiosity

Its not as bad as I thought it would be (though I have been told it gets worse as the show goes on). Charlotte seems quite likable so far tbh. That Gaz bloke though, what a douche

I like Geordie Shore for the same bizarre reason that I like Big Brother. They are exactly the same thing! Honestly, BB fans getting on their high horse about any show... It's beyond hypocrisy. The "sex" on GS is no different to, for example, the under the cover shuffle between Ashleigh and Luke S. People seem to have some idea that they explicitly show sex. They don't, they show a couple of seconds of duvets moving and then cut to the next morning.

I was also specifically referencing the notion that she "sleeps around". Whether or not she's had sex in the GS house is irrelevant - its still not sleeping around.

I would also never stoop so low as to call anyone a "vile slut", for any reason, let alone someone so clearly harmless. I'm sick of the bitter, bile-spewing posts on this forum, I really am. It seemed great when I first joined towards the beginning on civilian BB. Now it's completely descended into just another haven for hateful people to wave their placards and brandish their pitchforks. I too watch Geordie shore and enjoy it for the same reasons as I enjoy watching BB, I like to observe how they react to certain situations, how their friendships and relationships work out and stuff and they are pretty similar imo.

I also think it's a good thing to see how close they all are to each other and they always look out for the others when one or two of them has drank too much they never leave them on their own, take them home and put them to bed etc.

You never see anything sexual going on really either apart from movement under the covers so in all honesty comparing it to porn is laughable...

The vile slut and ***** comments about Charlotte are over the top and that's my honest opinion, speaking about sex and being open about discussing it does not make someone a slag, sleeping around with numerous different people does and Charlotte hasn't done that...

Well I can't speak for the other member that mentioned it but I was meaning I find them similar in they way I get to observe how people strike up relationships when they are living in a house together and how they react to certain situations etc.

Yeah, I'd agree with that.. I think we're genuinely seeing how people interact with each other on bb whereas GS is obviously scripted and going for the shock factor
