Meh, I think it was the management interfering more than anything. I think Keisha probably did come across as a bully to Amelle because she's a total control freak and put in the extra hours behind their backs, but Amelle was seriously flaky by not showing up to work so often, kept getting into trouble with the police, was crap at remembering lines... just generally kept bringing the band bad press; plus they weren't exactly setting the charts alight and it must have been difficult for Keisha to not openly blame Amelle for all of that. So when it came down to it I think the management just saw the conflict between Keisha and Amelle; asked Heidi who she'd rather work with (Amelle - because Keisha was being a control freak and unbearable to be around) and they just kicked Keisha out because it's easier to replace one person than two, plus Keisha already had a bad reputation because Siobhan had been calling her a bully for a decade so I guess they thought if they kicked her out they could maybe carry on without her, hoping that the public would be on Team Heidi, rather than lose Amelle and potentially Heidi and somehow try and pretend Keisha wasn't difficult to work with, bring in two new members and somehow still be credible.
It was never going to work no matter how it went down. They really ought to have just sat them down together and worked the issues out, really.
