Could you obscure them like this or something, so they can't be found with google images but the faces don't have to be blurry?
It would also open up a wider range of images you could use!

I tried a lot of different methods of obscuring images - there wasn't one particular method I discovered that was foolproof, some images needed to be obscured more than others or needed a different method of obscuring them - it's very difficult; you have to try and mask it and then upload it, do a reverse image search and if it doesn't work then it's back to the drawing board - and you have to do that 50 times per round.

I am pretty sure my method would work for most things.
