Does anyone else find it funny how the same left wingers who are trying to make smoking tobacco illegal, are the same people that also seem to be advocating for legalizing smoking weed? The hypocrisy is astounding.

LEGALIZE POT!!! but BAN TOBACCO!!!

It would be like people trying to make coffee illegal, and advocating for cocaine to be legal.

I really don't get it.

lostalex - not sure if you are referring to me but just to say that if we legalize cannabis we can take out the dealers that are making the money from it and sell pure stuff which can come with a warning where as if you buy from a street dealer as current you are not 100% sure what it is.

if you was saying how can i be saying "ban smoking" but legalize pot - simple - as long as you both in your own house or garden or somewhere where you are not inflicting on anyone else it is after all a FREE COUNTRY.

lets make money from what is going on under our own noses.

Very very silly but can't see it happening. Maybe in London, but up North we'd be having none of it.

how do you not follow. making it illegal to smoke it anywhere makes it by de facto illegal, right?

what's the point of making it legal if you can't smoke it anywhere? just to arrest people for smoking it, and then spend those tax dollars we make on incarcerating people for smoking it??

That's like saying "It's legal to drive cars, so you should be allowed to drive them everywhere even off the road".

That would create areas outside the park where lots of people are smoking too, and you have to walk through that area to get in the park

No, it's like saying it's legal to drive cars, but you can't drive it anywhere in the city, you can ONLY drive it off the roads.

why do you never engage with us when we try to interpret your poems, you act like we are crazy or stupid f\or engaging you about these issues.

or when people do actually challenge you or question you, you threaten to leave the site.
