...just slightly off topic because I can't comment on the Nicki/Taylor thing but I know that CeeCee is very passionate in what she believes and the reasons for those beliefs and I think with good reasons as well in many cases..(although I don't know if this is one of them/that it's a racism thing...)...

I think most of us realise that racism happens in sport and other parts of the world, but that isn't what this thread is about. Other black people have agreed that this is a silly argument. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever to treat white people differently because of how some other white people act. That's just racist. I cannot stand when someone says that I believe something because I am 'white' or 'gay' or 'american' etc, etc. I am my own person. I'm not even a little bit racist. To say that I don't understand the severity of something is just plain insulting. Anyone can receive racist hate, but just because black people suffer more of it in the states, doesn't mean you can just insult white people because they havent ever been slaves.

If I had said a lot of the stuff that Cece has said today, but about black people instead, I'd have been banned. It's double standards and it's one of my biggest hates in the world. It's ridiculous.

I agree there is still a lot of racism in today's world and its ofter overlooked. I normally 100% agree with cece on topics like this but i just don't think its racism in this specific case.
