It was clear Adam would go tonight. He really messed it up good time and his team could have won if he only got those seeds.

Do you think Katie will do well now she has shown her colours or will SAS get bored with her talking over people and give her the boot?

I agree, in Adam being the obvious choice for the firing. He was simply unable to cut any significant deals himself, being outshone by Katie and Kristina, and proved to be uncoordinated and a poor manager of time.

I think Katie will stick it out for a few more weeks yet, but I don't think Sir Alan will hire her: her attitude would make for fireworks in any team that she operates in. She has also been shown to hold personal vendettas, against both Adam and Kristina, seemingly critising what she sees as their slightest mistakes.

I still stick to my guns, in that Kristina is the strongest candidate. She has the all-round skills and persona needed for a successful businesswoman. Plus, she hasn't as yet, found it necessary to backbite. Unlike Katie, who seems to become increasingly offensive each episode, successfully alienating half of the country with, "Adam should be sent back to his chums in the North where he belongs".

I agree Tom. Kristina is a very strong contender, and I think she has good chance of winning (I hope she does, because she's ruthless in a business sense, but on a personal level, I think she's quite a decent person).

Adam needed to go last night; he and Gazal were the weak links in the team. However, Katie demonstrated once again what a truly nasty piece of work she can be. Her comment about Northerners, and last week's comment about 'c stream' coupled with her remarks to Adam about Pinot Grigio were nasty, and way below the belt. I doubt that Alan Sugar will have missed it. I bet she gets through to the final (I hope I'm wrong), but I don't think she will win it.

Jadine and Lohit were hardly shown last night - you could tell from that they were going to be on the winning team.

Katie has no chance of winning, not after how bitchy she has been shown to be but she'll be kept in to create good TV.

The winner will be either Kristina, Simon, Lohit or Naomi.

Adam had to go. Four times in the boradroom was way too many.

I told you guys that Katie would not go on her first trip to the bordroom. I hate being right all the time.

But she showed something quite unsavoury in her rants in the boardroom and surely there is no way SAS didn't notice them. As I recall he made some remark about her getting peoples backs up. He'll never employ someone like that.

From the clips of next week, it looks like the old Jadine is making a come back. I've missed her.

Exactly - Katie has blotted her copybook well and truly. Sir Alan is a canny guy and will have noticed it. In all fairness, he couldn't have sacked her last night, because she performed well in the task, and Adam's time was well and truly up.

But although Alan kept Katie over Adam last night, there's no way he would want to employ her, surely.

[spoil]Sir Alan Sugar received a huge shock when filming the final boardroom showdown for the current series of The Apprentice.

The outspoken businessman was stunned when his favourite contestant turned down both of the temporary jobs offered by him and decided to put home life first. The dramatic scene, which was recorded months ago, came after Sugar demanded to know whether his chosen Apprentice was committed to working with him or had applied for the show to raise their profile.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: "Sir Alan and the whole team were completely wrong-footed. Alan had chosen the person he believed would go on to become his winner.

"That contestant had become one of the biggest personalities in the series and we were all set for a proper showdown between Alan's last two. But this individual decided to quit instead. After weeks of hard work and graft, no one could have guessed this would happen.

"It is one of the most dramatic moments in the three-season history of the programme. Sir Alan is forced to pick another contestant - who he obviously didn't rate as much[/spoil]

Thanks Aaron! Really hope that that's not my favourite, if the rumour is true... it's all a bit confusing though...

I'm sure I read somewhere where it confirmed that there would be a live final with 4 contestants on 13th June of something?

I'll see if I can find something about that when I have a minute!

Yeah... I hope Katie gets her marching orders too - she's such a snob!

"Snob"'s a word that I hate using, but I'll make an exception for her!

I think that Ghazal's going to be the one that gets fired, though. Not a major loss, but Katie needs to be sent packing, pronto!

Ghazal's too under thr radar. That's why she's managed to last so long, she hasn't made a big/noticable mistake.

She would probably be fired. She does nothing really, so it won't make much difference. But grrrr Katie... she has to go!

BTW did anyone see Sir Alan on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross last week?
