It almost always is to correspond with the eye. The eye usually comes with its own 'sound' if you will.

Thankfully I haven't seen it and I don't think I will until one of the pre-lunch programmes is on. Not one for watching pointless TV on Channel 4.

on channel 4 today i think their ads are mucked up...there are still lots of eye flashes and just then there was an advert and immediatly after was the countdown ad....do they nirmally do this?!?!
