The live feeds came up last night at 9pm local time in the Big Brother house. Appears as if Eric may not have as much difficulties as we thought to have a showmance. He already has like 3 fake relationships. Sadly, Eric can't go more then three words without swearing. Dick appears to be getting along with everyone, except his daughter. Also I haven't seen Jessica or Carol talk either. I have seen Joe and Dustin talk civilly though. This morning Dick was losing his mind. He didn't go to bed till just before dawn. He smoked and drank constantly. Poured mustard all over the dining table and he spelled "Mom sends her love, Evil Dick". Then he put gloves on the rabbit plants. Then he started crying calling Daniele Alice. Saying she always wanted to be Alice. He wasn't make much sense talking out loud and in jibberish. He then went to the diary room and some viewers of the live feed were worried he may be asking to leave. He went to bed about an hour before big brother woke them up. Right now we are on the water filter because the veto competition is still going on right now hours after it began. Amber also had a dream that God wants her to keep the nominations the same even if she wins it.

Also some ratings news. Big Brother was the the fourth most watched show last night (Really third. Are You Smarter Then a Fifth Grader aired two episodes). In the key demographic of 18-49 (the age range advertisers care the most about) it was number two. (Really number one. Again 5th grader was counted as two separate shows. If you average it, then it got a 2.65 and big brother got a 2.7.) Overall for the week that places Big Brother at #12 for total viewers and at #3 for 18-49, but really #2 if you average 5th grader. It only lost out to Hell's Kitchen. America's Got Talent was a rerun and So You Think You Can Dance wasn't on both probably because of 4th of July week.

In the future though, they along with Hell's Kitchen (But Big Brother will not air on the same night) and Are You Smarter Then a Fifth Grader will be the toughest competition for Big Brother. The Great Singing Bee will come on right after America's Got Talent on NBC and FOX just had to copy NBC so they have Don't Forget the Lyrics right after 5th Grader, so they could both potentially cause problems as well. Interesting story, NBC announced their show in May to premiere in November. The following month Fox announced a version to premiere in July. NBC then decided to push theirs up to two days before FOX's premieres. FOX has aired numerous similar shows as other networks at the same time. Wife Swap and Trading Spouses, Nanny 911 and Supernanny, Dancing With the Stars and Skating with Celebrities, The Contender and The Next Great Champ. Fox has usually ended up doing worse.

I watched the launch earlier, Personally I find the American version of BB quite boring to what we have over here.. Maybe, it's just im used to the UK version, but like I can't see how they have no crowd or public vote. I find that kinda strange as I love all the atmosphere of BB over here!

Because it's not the Summer Sensation for CBS, while Channel 4 is clearly dependent on BB in the Summer.

Anyway, the transition for me from BBUS to BBUK was really weird. I had to read up all of the rules the first time.

BBUS isn't as glamorous as BBUK, and the evictions are silent.

I never said they set anything up to fool the producers. What I said was false over on those boards was the "they havent spoken in five years" rumor. Over the last 2 years they havent talked and there have been other periods of time when they havent talked... but never 5 years in a row.
