I'm suspecting Layla will find out about the Maya and Jacob thing. Obviously there's Vic's rape, and the stabbing story which could only be Billy and Ellis really.

Tracy could be involved in any of those really - she has stories with Billy, Ellis and Maya.

Assuming Priya will be part of the Jacob/Maya story somehow, but to be featured in the promo she must be playing a big role.

Another possible outcome, one I think we could see play out, is

Layla stabs Maya in a fit of rage after finding out - and Billy/Ellis are involved in Vic's rape in a similar way to the Eddie/Alicia storyline in Emmerdale where they were already in a relationship/seeing each other but the sexual assault still happened and Vic/Alicia are unclear on what exactly happened.

Lots of speculation that

Spoiler:

Victoria will get pregnant as a result of the story - and she'll be torn on what to do as she's always wanted a baby but not in these circumstances obviously.

That's an incredible promo. Such a simple idea with them getting ready while the result of whatever happens plays out in their reflections.
Emmerdale are great at promos tbh. Kim's return with the masks was amazing as well

It really is something they excel at! Sometimes the promos are even better than the episodes the tease

I feel like some of these emmerdale events (and soap events in general) could do really well feature length and post watershed just to make them that little bit more realistic and gripping. Obviously there's only so much they can do in 30 minutes at 7PM.

Didn't they do that with Rhona and Piers though? I know Piers was abusive but similar situation. I'm hoping the rapist will just be a randomer and not an already established character because I like Billy and Ellis. Didn't see the Eddie/Alicia thing though. I agree with the Leyla possibly stabbing Maya though, maybe she dies and Priya helps cover it up idk? I just assumed the stabbing would be a separate incident

Basically with Eddie and Alicia - she was a long term cast member (ironically played by Amy's old actress) and Eddie was a new F1 (?) - they'd struck up a bit of a romance at work. One night they'd went out for drinks, both got really drunk, and back to Alicias house. They had sex in the night but she never consented, but because of being drunk and her inviting him over she's wasn't sure where she stood legally. He continued flirting with her at work, none the wiser that he'd affected her obviously.

And then cut a long story short I can't remember how it ended exactly
I just know he got charged with physical assault anyway because he pushed her through a window when confronting her about him being arrested, and he pleaded guilty to avoid trial.
