So.. am I right in thinking.... that we are annoyed that people moan about Karma.. so we want people to just post of the forum and enjoy BB? And that Mr Slartibartfast did not abuse the system.. but someone else is.. so you are also protesting for his rights to be back?

I will just say *puts mod hat on* Is karma really worth it? It's some points next to your name.. I never even looked at mine.. now I can't lol, praises the turn off button.. We moan that all that the housemates do is argue and act silly.. perhaps at times we need to also look at ourselves.. it's just not worth all the upset over a few points.

On adding things to forum rules I'm thinking of suggesting a TiBB can change the rules at any time policy.. if it's good enough for BB is good enough for here

It does yeah.. but it's all about how seriously you take forum karma points.. I mean people would think you are taking a tenner from them every time they lose a point lol. When, in reality, it's not worth getting so worried about.. the more you moan the more people take it away.. LOL, you've got the jist of it Amy!! I'm sure there are those who would say I was abusing it but they are the same ones who have access to the logs and can see that I didn't. I haven't picked on one single person, I haven't been giving karma out for no reason etc etc. This place has been pretty rubbish the last week or so with every second thread some crap to do with whether or not emily is a bleedin racist. And the emily crap then seeps into other threads. You'll have a thread "who is your favourite housemate" and some idiot will post "well it certainly isn't emily the racist bitch" and this is a week after she left. And the emily supporters have been doing the same. Now that's just flaming; pathetic little trolls looking for an argument. And it was happening even before "emilygate". Giving them negative karma is therapeutic and exactly what I thought the whole system was for. If this place had been better and there were more posts that deserved positive karma, then I'd have given it out!!

Why have negative karma when you clearly aren't supposed to use it??

I didn't tip my cap enough to the powers that be and I suppose I should have known better than to try and have a laugh about something so serious as karma I should have been respectful to the mighty mods when they told me you can't use karma for spelling errors, or for criticising people for taking it all too seriously. That's why I got punished, I probably need to suck up more cos the logs will show I didn't give loads of negative karma out and I didn't do it for bleedin spelling errors. Plus, like we've said others have been abusing it and no punishment. Natural conclusion is that it was something else apart from simply giving out negative karma which attracted the attention of our lords and masters!!

To be honest, considering all the secret rules about karma that we didn't know about, I'm probably better off not having it. My "protest" is not about getting my karma rights back, it's about being wrongly accused. Accused of giving karma out for no reason and yet I was never asked for a reason why I gave it out. I was just given the punishment.

Oh, and it's also a chance to get Stropz in trouble!!
