I would say that objectively on appearance (obviously it can only be so) Kate looks slightly underweight, certainly not drastically underweight. Tbf they've had quite a time over the last few years as a family, it's showing on all of them and isn't surprising, so I'd probably be more inclined to blame just plain ol' stress over an actual full on ED.

You can Google it and find many doctors / nutritionists who are also concerned about her weight .

High profile , underweight females are a terrible role model for young girls / women

People commenting on naturally slim women does naturally slim young girls no good either.....they think people will automatically think they have eating disorders when they don't

Kates sister is very slim too, even after 3 kids. I would wager they have slim genetics.

IF Kate does have an eating disorder, which is also a mental illness, people commenting and speculating are likely to make it worse

…I read that one of the speculations about Kate’s surgery could have related to acid reflux which she apparently suffers from….I hadn’t know that and don’t know if that’s true but that could also be linked to eating/food related difficulties or weight gaining difficulties etc…there are lots of reasons…Physical/medical reasons why any weight loss could be a thing…any digestive type issues can commonly have links to weight loss as well as weight gain…I don’t think or see that she can be thought of as any type of negative role model, though…she isn’t advocating or promoting being slim…she isn’t in a profession where being slim is promoted or elevated as an asset…she just is who she is and the size she is and working as a Royal ‘employee’…

Victoria Beckham is very thin Zizu as are many of the celebs, Kate looks good imo,yes shes thin but has muscle tone, she may have lost weight due to her surgery ,we don't know,but I think she looks ok.

Yes, Victoria has a very restrictive diet.
I agree she looked better before.
Kate probably lost weight because of the acid reflux problem?
I have it as well sometimes and it's awful.
