I'm not sure about this house- some of the individual bits are really good, but all together, something seems really strange about it. I think it's defintely too small as well, there's no rooms for tasks or for 12+ people. Maybe it's just the pictures making it seem smaller

I like some parts of the house but I don't know if it works together and if it is big enough

Brekkie: I'll be posting some wide shots of the whole living area after I've posted the garden and Bedroom pics.

Dupin: The house is between BB8 - BB5 sized. Hopefully the wider shots will show of the proper size. There's also a pretty big garden and special room just for tasks. (Which I'll post pics of soon)

- The garden is roughly BB5 sized.
- There is plenty of seating, but not very many sun loungers.
- There are doors to the main house and a toilet
- The garden is looked over by the not so private bathroom.

The garden is much better and kind of makes sense of the house now.

Only thing I'm not too sure on are the white walls with the pool/smoking area logos - but apart from that everything is great. Bathroom and pool especially looks great, and even though it's a bit on the small side, the space seems to work.
