The penultimate housemate to enter on launch night, Jennifer took a while to make her mark on the house, starting with her relationship with fellow housemate Dale, and then the subsequent love triangle with Stuart. However, things took a turn for the worst for Jennifer when she instigated 'spitgate' by overreacting at Rex smudging her painting - she spent the next week crying, whinging, and telling everyone how nearly everyone except for her was being fake. Justice was then surved, and Jennifer was evicted in Week Four with 89.7% of the vote.

The English Lit student was the seventh housemate to enter, and made an impact instantly by forming a group with Alexandra & Dennis - the initial Whisper Club, some might say. In her three weeks in the house, Sylvia clashed and argued and tried desperately to get with Stuart before receiving a record nine nominations in her final week, where, as the only member of that group not to be removed, Sylvia was evicted with 90.2% of the public vote.

Darnell entered the house on Day 1, and was one of the founding members of B-Block in the early weeks - he was one of the most outspoken against Dennis' spitting which made him the bookies favourite to win in Week Three, but then did a poor job as the first Head Of House three weeks later, which put him up for eviction the next week. He survived, as B-Block reigned, but his ultimate downfall was his treatment of housemate Sara, which arguably may have stopped him taking the title, and settling for fifth place in the Big Brother Finale with 14.9% of the vote to win.
